Bent or broken wheels	Remove and straighten, use cloth tape saturated with Seal All Glue to repair plastic wheels, get replacement parts from hardware stores
Toys left outdoors collect water	Drill 1/4 inch drain holes at appropriate locations
Broken or missing handles	Repair with metal stock and screws Make replacement parts from stock
Poor appearance	Touch up or repaint with spray can paint
